Cancellation policy

Thank you for choosing us for your tour experience. Please carefully review our cancellation policy below:

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, even if you do not attend your scheduled tour.

  • All Sales Are Final: Once booked, all sales are considered final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds of any kind.

  • Rescheduling Your Tour: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your tour for any reason, we offer the option to do so for a $50 rescheduling fee. Please contact us at least [insert time frame, e.g., 48 hours] before your tour to arrange a new date, subject to availability.

  • Failure to Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour without prior notification, you will forfeit your $100 deposit. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all our guests and effective management of our tour schedules.
