Takeover’s Giveback Tour - A Ride with Purpose Tour Details: Embark on an unforgettable 90-minute adventure with a mission! During the month of November, Takeover Rentals is hosting a Giveback Tour, where every ATV rental supports homeless families in Miami-Dade County. Through our partnership with Camillus House, the area’s largest homeless shelter, and G.O.D. Advocates, a dedicated community non-profit, a portion of each booking funds food baskets for families in need. Have fun while giving back to your community—join us in making a difference this season! Tour Highlights: • Terrain: Ride through 1,000 acres of diverse landscapes, including thrilling mud holes, a winding corn maze, a scenic sunflower garden, wooded trails, and more! • Safety & Guidance: You’ll be led by experienced tour guides who ensure your safety, teach you to operate the ATVs, and make sure you experience the excitement of off-roading in a fun, controlled environment. • Age Requirements: Drivers must be 16+; passengers must be 5+ • Cost: $150 per ATV (up to 2 people per ATV, max weight 350 lbs) • Booking Fee: $50 reservation fee per ATV, with the remaining balance due upon arrival • Meeting Point: Shuttles pick up at the meetup location, just two minutes from the tour site • Arrival: Please arrive 30-45 minutes before your tour start time to catch the shuttle Shuttle Schedule: • First Shuttle: 30 minutes before the tour start • Second Shuttle: 15 minutes before the tour start • Last Shuttle: 5 minutes before the tour start (Note: A $25 late fee applies if shuttle times are missed or if arrival is delayed.) Cancellation Policy
All guests must sign a waiver upon arrival before starting their tour. Please carefully review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience: 1. Security Hold for Damages • All customers are responsible for any damages or repairs to their rented ATV or Buggy. A credit or debit card must be kept on file for incidentals. • A temporary hold of $100 will be placed on the card for each ATV rented, and a $500 hold will be applied for each buggy rented. This hold will be fully released within 3-5 business days after the excursion, provided no damages occur due to customer negligence. 2. Arrival and Shuttle Policy • All customers are required to arrive 30-45 minutes before the scheduled start time to catch our shuttle service to the tour site. Shuttles depart 30 minutes and 5 minutes before the tour start time. • Failure to arrive in time for any of these shuttles will result in a $25 late fee for each ATV rented. 3. Rescheduling Policy • Any rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the tour will incur a $50 fee per ATV rented. 4. Booking Deposit • A non-refundable deposit of $50 per ATV is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
