REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING

At Takeovers Rentals, we are committed to providing a great experience for our customers while maintaining fairness in our booking policies. Please review our refund and rescheduling terms carefully before making a reservation.
1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
1.1. No Refunds on Completed Tours
Once a tour has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
1.2. Reservation Deposit is Non-Refundable
A $50 non-refundable reservation deposit per vehicle is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your spot, and once booked, we stop selling that slot to others. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations.
1.3. Cancellation by the Customer
• More than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: Customers may cancel but will only receive a refund for the amount paid beyond the $50 per vehicle deposit.
• Within 48 hours of the scheduled tour: No refunds will be issued, but rescheduling is available under the terms outlined in Section 2.
• No-shows: If a customer fails to arrive for their tour, they will forfeit the full booking amount.
1.4. Cancellation by Takeovers Rentals
If we must cancel a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will have the option to:
• Reschedule the tour at no additional cost
• Receive a full refund (including the deposit)
2. Rescheduling Policy
2.1. Rescheduling by the Customer
• At least 24 hours before the scheduled tour: Customers may reschedule at no additional cost.
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour: A $50 rescheduling fee per ATV applies.
• Same-day rescheduling is not permitted.
2.2. Rescheduling Due to Weather
If severe weather prevents the tour from taking place, customers may reschedule without penalty.
3. Late Arrivals & Tour Start Time
Customers must arrive on time for their scheduled tour.
• Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in forfeiture of the tour without a refund.
• We will attempt to accommodate late arrivals if possible, but this is not guaranteed.
4. Security Deposit Policy
• A security deposit is required at the time of check-in and is held for potential damages.
• The deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no damages to the ATV or equipment.
